Los Perros Locos started with a simple frustration: every great sandwich shop in town was skipping the hot dog. We wanted something honest — a frank that tasted like meat, a bun that held together, and toppings that actually complemented each other instead of fighting.

Today, we source our sausages from regional farms, toast every bun in-house, and prepare our toppings fresh every morning. It's more work. It's also the only way we know how to do it.
